The Nuts and Bolts

Treat your family to gourmet meals, grown, sourced, and prepared in Sonoma County. Hunter’s Supper Club starts October 9th, 2023. Suppers are designed to feed a family of four and will be delivered twice a week (Mondays and Wednesdays). This subscription-based private chef service costs $500 for four suppers per week, $400 for three meals per week, and $300 for two meals per week, exclusive of food cost. Each time I arrive I’ll bring one meal that is intended to be eaten that night and one that is intended to be saved for the following evening. Each week I will bring extra goodies, pantry items, desserts, or surplus fruits and vegetables.

 Food will be delivered in rotating sets of reusable containers. I will publish the menus approximately two weeks in advance, although ingredients may change closer to the week of delivery in order to get the freshest and best ingredients available. Whenever possible, all food will be sourced from Sonoma County farms and gardens. I make nearly everything from scratch—unless there’s a particular vinegar, oil, or other delicacy that’s too good to pass up. There will generally be a meat-centered menu on Mondays and Wednesdays and the “reheat” meals on Tuesdays and Thursdays will be centered around vegetables. I’ll use items grown in my own garden whenever possible.

You can try it out for a week to see if you like it before you subscribe. I am happy to work with families to a certain extent on food preferences, portions, schedules, and dietary restrictions. I ask that you give 4 weeks advance notice if you wish to discontinue the Supper Club or skip weeks/meals. To sign up, please email hunterfryellis@gmail.com
